STORY
Mr. Surjeet was a very poor man. But still he has dreams for his son....... Sachin , who was studing in 10th standard. Her mother gave him all the love which a child want. Surjeet and his wife always thought how they will educate sachin. When sachin passed his 10th and 12th exam he wants to do engineering, but surjeet dont have money for that. but to fill his son dream he sell his all land. He was so happy when sachin got the admission. Now sachin was staying in hostel away from their parents. He was happy because he made new friends and new life stye in city but his parents miss him alot. One day surjeet and his wife , without informing sachin come to his college. Both are wearing bad clothes. When they see sachin they ran to him,at that time sachin was sitting with friends. When he see his parents he was not happy as comparitive to his parents because he feel shy to introduce them to his friends. When they come close he meet them badly, at that time one of his friend ask sachin who they are( in english) . He repplied back(in english) , they are my servants and come here to give some food. After some time Surjeet and his wife went back and they are so happy that their son speaks english now..................

BREAD HALWA
This is a indian sweet dish.
INGREDIENTS:
- BREAD: 6-8 no
- OIL: for deep frying
- MILK: 400 ml
- SUGAR: to taste
- ALMONDS: 4-5 no { crushed}
METHOD:
- cut the sides of the bread and cut it into 4 pieces from 1 bread.
- fry all the breads and keep it aside.
- boil the milk until it thicks, then put sugar and crushed almonds .
- now put fry breads into the milk and mix it{ slow flame}
- when milk and bread mix it well, switch off the gas.
- serve and have it.
this method of preparation i got from my girlfriend.
TOFFEE APPLES
This is a sweet Chinese dish.
INGREDIENTS:

- Apple {medium sized}: 4 no
- Corn starch: 4 tbsp
- refined flour: 1 cup
- Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
- Oil : to deep fry
- Butter: 1 tbsp
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Sesame seeds : 1 tbsp
Method:
- peel, core ,cut apples into quarters and cut each quarter lengthwise in half, coat apple segments thoroughly in 2 tbsp of corn starch, shaking of excess.
- sieve refined flour, remaining cornstarch and baking powder.gradually stir in the one and quatercup of water to make a smooth batter.
- heat sufficient oil in a wok,dip corn starch coated apple segments into batter and deep fry in hot oil for about a minute or until golden brown, turning them occasionally.remove and drain on to a absorbent kitchen towel, keep warm.
- heat butter in a pan with 2 tbsp of water and sugar continue cooking until sugar melts and turns light golden brown.
- remove from heat and dip fried pieces into prepared hot caramel. sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and dip in iced water to harden the crust. immediately remove and served.
CREMA CATALANA
This is a Spanish Sweet Desert
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- sugar : 100gm
- egg yolk : 2 No.
- corn flour : 1/2 tbsp
- cinnamon : 1 stick
- grated rind of lemon : 1/2 No.
- milk : 250ml
Method:
- Beat together egg yolks and 3/4 of the sugar in a port until blended and frothy.
- Add the lemon, cinnamon and pour on the milk.
- Slowly heat the mixture and stirring constantly, until the mixture thick and the resistance is felt.
- Remove from the heat, remove the cinnamon stick and divide the cream between two dishes that are heat safe. cool and place in the refrigerator.
- Before serving this desert, scatter the remaining sugar on the surface and grill under the salamander until the sugar starts to caramelise, serve immediately.
